Try your order before you buy it. You can open and Inspect your order while your courier awaits before accepting the shipment, refund or exchange your order if you wish, and pay nothing in case of rejection.

We don't offer partial deliveries

- Pick and choose is not allowed, you can either accept all items or reject all. if you wish to return/accept certain items from the same order, you can accept all and request a return for the rejected items. or you can reject all and place another order.

Rejecting orders doesn't require any fees.

Returns are free and are processed within 7 working days, items are refunded fully upon pick-up through an instant transfer to your bank account, E-wallet, credit card, or Instapay account upon item pickup.
