How to know my order is confirmed?

Once your order is Confirmed you will receive an email with all your order's details, please make sure to sign in with a correct email address to receive order updates.

How to track my order?

How to cancel my order?

Please include in the comment section request type, in that case, Cancel order, along with your order number which can be found in the following format #1XXX, and Item name, if you wish to Remove specific items from the order.

How to Exchange items?

If you wish to exchange an item size or get a different item. Please submit a request through our "Order Management Form" and include in the form: request type, in that case, Exchange, order Number, which can be found in the following format #1XXX, and Item Name. Also, you would need to include the item size and name which you wish to get.

How to return items?

If you wish to return an item. Please submit a request through our "Order Management Form" and include in the form: request type, in that case, Return, order Number, which can be found in the following format #1XXX, and Item Name.

How to use try before you buy?

If you wish you can open your package, check it and try it before accepting shipment. if you wish to return it or exchange the order, you can hand it over to the courier while only paying delivery fees.
